Responsibilities

This position resides with the Electric Vehicle & Emerging Technologies team at client. Client’s award-winning program is a leader in transportation electrification and deploys a comprehensive 5 pillar EV strategy of infrastructure, outreach, equity, fleets, and grid integration.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting operations of a robust EV charging network on the electric vehicles & emerging technologies team at client. The EV Operations Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure operation excellence of public and fleet charging infrastructure, high-impact EV programs, institute program enhancements, and provide research and analysis for emerging technology projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting operations of over 1,200 EV charging ports in client’s Plug-In Everywhere Network
  • Incentive processing and compliance verification for client Electric Vehicle rebate programs
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support operational programs
  • Support data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy across multiple EV programs and operational platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make EV operations more scalable and improve customer experience for EV charging
  • Participate in outreach and education events to promote programs and EV adoption
  • Provide regular operational updates to management and stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large datasets utilizing Excel and other reporting tools
