Responsibilities include:

  • Driving conversion data mapping activities, including defining the conversion approach/populations, determining the correct source data attributes, and analyzing source data to uncover potential data issues that may impact the conversion
  • Reviewing and validating all mapping logic and SQLs written by ETL Mappers to ensure accuracy and completeness - and support ETL Developers and QC Testers as needed
  • Developing SQLs/Alteryx Workflows to identify quality/consistency issues within the PeopleSoft source data - and recommending methods to cleanse the data, repair the root cause of the data issue, and/or adjust the conversion rules for migrating the data.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, applying advanced skills to diagnose and resolve functional issues
  • Conducting root-cause analysis for data quality/integrity issues identified in the conversion process - and provide recommendations for remediating data quality issues
  • Interpreting PeopleCode, SQR, and Application Engine logic to unravel complex system processes and discover insights
  • Employing robust SQL skills to analyze data, identify data quality issues, and make recommendations for remediation
