Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the telephone system modernization initiative, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, status reports, risk and issue logs, and change control records.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery within the defined parameters.

Skills/Experience

Experience in managing all phases of large and complex projects.

Experience in creating and maintaining various project artifacts including Project Timeline, Risk & Issue Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register, etc.

Experience in monitoring, tracking, and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure vendor and internal team compliance, escalating breaches, and driving timely remediation.

Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders.

8

Ability to summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings.
