**Location of job: Remote**

The Worker will perform services for the client's-CSD and will be expected to:

• Perform highly advanced systems analysis and design of Electronic Content Management systems using the OpenText suite of Captiva and Documentum tools
• Be responsible for analyzing business requirements and leading the development of software designs and coding 
• Review the design of solution(s) prepared by 3rd party vendors to ensure that all requirements are met
• Design, develop, and test complex programming code 
• Act as the subject matter expert for Virtual Case File applications and systems
• Assist other team members in performing analysis, design, code, and test of software systems 
• Assist customers with developing consumable business requirements 
• Provide accurate time estimates and recommendations for technical solutions to complex problems
• Resolve production issues related to areas of subject matter expertise
• Act as a mentor and advisor to other team members
