Responsibilities

**Part Time gig/Location of job: Remote**

 

The Project Manager with 6 or more years of experience performs advanced levels of project manager work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Familiar working with Agile framework and project management skills. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the agency.

 

Required 

  • 6+ years of product and project leading experience on projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations
  • 6+ years of managing projects with enterprise content management solutions

Preferred 

  • Existing familiarity with client’s standard practices and procedures for leading projects
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience with client or other state agency.
  • Experience with managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including maintaining and implementing enhancements

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. 
  • Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) preferred. 
  • Experience with Agile software development and release methodologies preferred. 
  • Willingness and availability to work outside the regular work hours, as needed, to support project needs. 
  • Expertise in working across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to connect with a variety of audiences. 
  • Prior experience developing contract-related documents, contract management, and cost monitoring.
