Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 33 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for client's projects. Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations meeting client, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and agency standards. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals. Support System Acceptance/User Acceptance testing issue resolutions.

Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow development

Proficient in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes)

Flow Designer, and configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Request.

Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) CMDB or HRSD modules
