The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, focusing on data quality, compliance, master data management (MDM) and metadata management. You will leverage your experience with Microsoft Purview to ensure data governance practices are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills.

| Experience in a consulting environment is a plus, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles. |
| Extensive experience in data governance, data management, or data strategy roles. |
| Proven experience with Microsoft Purview, including hands-on expertise in implementing data governance and compliance frameworks using the platform. |
| Experience working with Microsoft Information Protection and strong knowledge of sensitivity labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP). |
| Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and industry standards for data governance. |
| Experience working with metadata management, data catalogs, data lineage, and data classification. |
| Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. |
| Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients. |
| Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator) are a big plus. Any Data Governance tools experience is plus. |
| Solid experience in Data Governance and driving Data Governance programs |
| Leadership qualities to develop and execute a Data Governance program |
| Passion for Data Governance and Data Stewardship |
| Highly collaborative and results-focused, with strong planning and execution skills |
| Capability to lead and drive the effort in TRS |
| Experience with any data governance tool, even if they haven't worked with Purview |
