Develops and maintains documentation for CAPPS Financials, inclusive of configurations, integrations, business processes, workflows, and procedures. Artifacts produced may include business process maps, standard operating procedures, reference guides, and training materials. Assist with instruction and training efforts for end-users and helpdesk staff.

7 | Required | Knowledge and experience using the Comptroller's CAPPS Financials application. |
7 | Required | Ability to understand the user’s view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. |
7 | Required | Must be able to gather, analyze, translate and compose technical information into clear, readable materials to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. |
7 | Required | Experience in collecting data and analyzing audiences and training needs, based on new business processes and policies, to apply these into successful training delivery. |
7 | Required | Proven ability to teach technical courses in accordance with approved curriculum to maintain proficiency and to evaluate and develop new instructional techniques/courses. |
