    Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 25 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to be a key resource on a technical services team.

    Responsibilities

    The Technical Recruiter is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate management, applicant
    tracking, offer preparation, negotiation and closing) of experienced candidates from the consulting industry.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Experience

    • 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and offers)
    • Ability to create and track recruiting metrics
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
    • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) navigation and data maintenance
    • Navigate candidates through the hiring process with focus on candidate experience from identifying top talent through offer acceptance
    • Manage relationship with Business Development team and proactively meet to understand evolving business needs and candidate profiles
    • Recommend and drive improvements that impact candidate pipelines and interview processes
    • Execute tailored recruiting and sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high demand
