    Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 25 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Specialist .


    In this position the Recruitment Support Specialist for the Allied Consultants Recruiting team will help to support recruiting activities and build candidate relationships.  The coordinator will need to be an organizational expert who can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.


    One should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.


    This position will primarily work with the Recruiting team but will also have the opportunity to assist all functions of the organization including supporting the Business Development Managers, the Director of Personnel and Contract Management, and the Shared Technology Services Coordinator.

    • Ensure a positive candidate recruitment experience with all candidate sourcing interactions by email, phone, or in-person.
    • Work directly with Recruiters, Business Development Managers, and candidates to identify top talent and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Research and track recruiting opportunities such as career fairs and meetups.
    • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment reports.
    • Maintain and update all job postings and advertisements on various websites.
    • Support the recruiting team in updating and formatting resumes.
    • Display confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
    • Perform other special projects as needed to support both the Recruiting and Operations team.


    Required Skills/Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study 
    • 1-2+ years of experience in a comparable Recruiting Coordinator Role 
    • Comfortable with various internet sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search creation, and cold calling
