Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements definition, development, testing and implementation of software
Analyzing reported software defects reported as trouble tickets or change requests and providing assessment of required training or changes to software.
Creating test plans, test scripts, executing testing of software changes.
Documenting system changes.
Experience in health and human services, child welfare or child support industry.
