Managing the design and development of complex web based application systems through all phases of the software development life cycle.
Creating project plans and resource loading charts, monitoring the project against these plans and addressing changes in scope or timing.
Leading requirements definition, prioritization of requirements and obtaining acceptance and consensus of functionality to be included within an application.
Leading testing of web-based application systems.
Coordinating the move of applications into production.
Creating and providing reports to all levels of personnel from executive management to project team members.
Knowledge of project management theories and practices applicable to projects that are complex in scope.
Project management monitoring in addressing changes in scope or timing, and applicable software such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
Facilitating meetings involving management, sponsors, business area staff and, technical and non-technical staff.
Identifying project risks, gaps, reporting bugs and verifying them on resolution.
Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer system and their integration with end user business processes.
