    Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 25 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to be a key resource on a technical services team.

    • Main duties will include the following but are not l Payroll Related data entry/ Processing
    • Contract Management- MAS, ITSAC, Best Value (Onboarding, Terminations)
    • Administrative support - including:
      • Office Projects
      • Event Planning
      • Ordering Supplies and maintain office inventory
      • General Office Cleanliness
      • General Office Organization
      • Answer and screen telephone calls
      • Distribute Mail
      • Scanning Invoices for Accounts Payable
      • Processing bill payment/ expenses
      • Creating Deposits and maintaining records
      • Document Creation
      • Marketing initiatives
      • Coordinate travel arrangements
      • Provide general support to visitors
      • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
      • Maintain Contact lists
    • Produce monthly newsletter
    • Assist in Budget Tracking
    • Vendor Administration (IT, Phones, Building Maintenance)
    • Assistance with Internal Auditing
    • Hub Subcontracting Plan Management – (Create, Track, and Modify)
    • Assist with Open Enrollment


    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 5+ years of Office Administration or Clerical experience
    • Professional communication skills (e-mail, phone, in person)
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Team oriented individual with the willingness to help others

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree/ Associates Degree in Business or related field.
    • Payroll Processing Experience Open Enrollment and Benefits Knowledge 
    • Human Resources experience – Onboarding and Terminations
    • Contract Management
