The worker(s) must have a background in business and operational processes, assessing staffing requirements, experience with project management, strategic planning, organizational development. While the worker(s) will perform Business Analyst duties for the IT Business office, the knowledge of project management and strategic planning will assist with the various IT Business Operations’ process reviews and recommendations. Technology with at least eight years related development experience. The worker(s) will work closely with the IT Business Operations Director and the IT workforce development lead to design and implement IT resource plans.

Experience assessing workflows and business processes within either the IT or administrative operations of an organization.
Experience conducting design sessions, with subject matter experts and business process owners, to design desired state workflows.
Experience with reviewing, assessing, and recommending staffing requirements to meet operational goals.
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio).
Experience in monitoring projects and establishing measurement and tracking tools for IT project staffing resources.
Experience developing process documentation, new procedures, recommendations, and benefit analysis of process improvements.
Knowledge of state appropriations bill and legislative appropriations request, and state operating budgets.
Knowledge of most staff resourcing and workforce development processes, staff and operations resource utilization, and operational analysis.
Communication skills, verbal and written skills.
Presentation skills for reporting and training IT managers on IT business operations policies and procedures.
Teamwork skills, ability to lead collaboration with other functional and technical staff, and proven project team building skills.
Experience performing accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cost accounting, and cost recovery in a mid- to large- sized organization; with at least 2 years within an IT environment (and some experience in a non-profit or public-sector organization).
Ability to analyze, evaluate, and summarize financial and management records for accuracy and conformance to standards.
