The BSA’s specific responsibilities would include:
Performing duties as a business systems analyst (BSA) on complex application development projects for all phases of the software development life cycle.
Planning and conducting user and technical team meetings to elicit business requirements of the client.
Creation of user requirements and software design documents.
Creation of Technical Design Documents.
Creation of test plans, test data, executing test cases, and validating results.
